Policies and Terms

To reserve your wedding date with us, a retaining fee of $350.00 or total sitting fee is required. This ensures the date of your wedding.

Previews will be ready within three weeks of your wedding. When you receive the previews, the retaining fee will be posted to your account and applied to the sitting fee and the balance of the sitting fee and any transportation fees are due. A $200.00 preview deposit, which will apply to your portrait order, is also required.

When you place your final order the preview deposit will be applied toward this amount. At the time that you place your order, a 75% payment on the balance of your order is required, with the remainder due upon receipt of portraits. No part of the order will be delivered until the full balance is paid.

Complete Wedding Day Sitting: $380.00

This price includes the following:

  • Mileage - up to 100 miles, additional miles $.25/mile
  • Engagement portrait session
  • Engagement and Wedding black and whites
  • Pre-bridal studio sitting
  • Formal and candid wedding coverage
  • Reception coverage (up to two hours)
Minimum portrait order of $600.00 for a total Minimum commitment of $980 plus tax

Wedding Event Coverage

Every wedding is different; occasionally a wedding may be a small event and total coverage is not needed.

An additional $200 minimum order is also required with any of the partial plans listed below.

 
  • Formal Portrait Coverage: $180.00 - Formal posed groups only, no candid coverage included
  • Ceremony Coverage: $120.00 - On-camera flash and natural light candids of the wedding ceremony
  • Reception Candid Coverage: $160.00 - On-camera flash and natural light candids of reception

Old Masters Portraits are guaranteed for 100 years, and most artwork and retouching is included. These portraits, which are spray textured and mounted on canvas, are masterpieces that will be handed down to your children and grandchildren.

Prestige Portraits come with a 10-year guarantee. These portraits are textured, sprayed, and mounted for luster and protection. Some artwork and retouching is included.

Machine Portraits are quality prints without the enhancements found on the other finishes.
